Vorobyova I. Pathogenesis, prophylaxis and premature pregnancy treatment with taking into consideration the peculiarities of the central mechanisms of generative function control.

Dissertation work is given up to the freguency reduction of early pregnancy lost in women with high risk of a spontaneous abortion by means of the elaboration pathogenesis peculiarities of premature pregnancy taking into consideration the state of neuroendocrinal, adaption, as well the elaboration of measures system on prognostication of the next pregnancy completion; the preconceptual preparation and organization of active observation for the following duration of pregnancy. The obtained studies' results show that as a basis of usual premature pregnancy development, chronic emotional stress is of a vital importance, which is formed under the influence of individually significant psychogenetic factors in women with certain peculiarities of personality and mechanisms' insufficiency of psychological protection. A new orientation of the preconceptual preparation was brought forward for women with early pregnancy lost, based on the results of study of correlative relations between components of central regulation systems involved in control of the reproductive function that made possible to reduce a number of complications during the pregnancy and labor as well as to improve the consequences of the following pregnancy.
