Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to study HP role at the etiology and pathogenesis of erosive-ulcerous lesions of gastroduodenal zone of person's gastrointestinal tract. The theory points of "caustic alkaline sputum" are stated. It is established that damaging factor is ammonia (product of HP). It concentrates, interacts with H2O, forms ammonium hydroxide (caustic alkali) and leads to local damages. It's clarified that horizontal way of formation of mechanism depends on the extracellular active forms HP concentration, diameter and tone of pyloric bagasse and endogastric pressure level. This horizontal way of formation of mechanism is a foundation for erosive-ulcerous lesions of duodenum bulb and stomach exit section. Mediogastral stomach ulcer is based on vertical way of formation of mechanism depending on the active forms HP concentration, separation topography and localization (stomach body with extracellular being of HP on big curvature and intracellular - on small curvature) and endogastric pressure level
