Parkhomenko N. The Sources of law: theoretical and methodological grounds

This thesis is a complex scientific research of theoretical and methodological grounds of sources of lfw, that defines notions and categories of the theory of sources of law, that includes: methodology, notions: "the source of law", "the form of law", "the system of sources of law", "functions of sources of law", "features of sources of law", "classification of sources of law". Besides that in the thesis has been defined the notion of the sources of law in the frame of classic and modern concepts of legal doctrinal understanding; have been developed provisions on co-relation between the notions of "the legal form", "the form of the law" and "the sources of law" and definition of the notion "the sources of law" in formal legal understanding, definition of the notion "the system of sources of law" and it's structuring, principles of organization; and here there have been strengthened substantial and essential characteristics of the legal system; the system of law and the system of sources of law; and has been defined the notion of "the functions of sources of law" and their classification has been performed; there have been analyzed the essence of globalization processes impact on the legal sphere, development of the systems of law in different legal systems, aspects of integrations between these systems and approaches of further development for Ukrainian system of sources of law on the modern stage, originating from analysis of the modern state.
