Shkurupii O. Intellectual capital in social reproducton

Dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of new political economy approaches to defining the essence of intellectual capital, of its place and role in the modern processes of social reproduction. Basic conceptual principles and approaches to defining intellectual capital as factorial resource are formulated. In the process of analysis conducted in the general context of evolutional of economic systems and historic process of changing dominant role of economic factors in social reproduction it was proved correspondence of intellectual capital feature, such as "fifth" economic factor of production, with criteria which characterize factors of production within the limits accepted by traditions of economic theory. Methodological approaches to defining specificity of post-industrial paradigm in the terms "information economy", "knowledge economy", "creative economy" proceeded from understanding of intellect as process integrity which is formed and defined by the triad: information - knowledge - creativity were substantiated. Principles and specifics of reproduction on micro macro level in the conditions of formation and development of postindustrial society were researched. Action of mechanisms reproduction and value movement which acquire changes with attraction of intellectual capital to production processes is reflected. The model of institutional provision of intellectual and innovation type of economic reproduction has been developed. Effectiveness of intellectual component of national economy competitiveness was diagnosed.
