Essay

The dissertation deals with substantiation of physical, chemical, constructive, and technological parameters of underground uranium leaching on artificial radionuclide deposits of complex form with using hydro-geomechanical activation. The developed system of models describes interaction between working solutes and rocks on an artificial deposit, influence of kinetics and diffusion on leaching while radiolytic gas-forming, hydro- and geo-mechanical activation of uranium extraction with purposeful change of rocks penetrability round technological openings. The theoretical models were validated by physical and in-situ studies on the example of physical analogues available for experiments. The developed variants of technological schemes were adapted to underground opening of an artificial deposit of complex form for uranium leaching, which provides environmental, and radiation safety while operating with the site "Ukryttia" and radioactive waste utilization. Using the obtained results and evaluated parameters of activation of underground uranium leaching by hydro-geomechanical ways for artificial deposits of complex form the "Recommendations to projecting constructive schemes and technological parameters of geo-technological uranium extraction from the artificial deposit on the site "Ukryttia"" were developed.
