Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the comprehension of the formation of the legal order in Ukraine of the epoch of Independence. The ideological and spiritual origins of the up-to-date legal order are investigated: the Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the modern age and the initiation of the integrative comprehension of the legal order in the domestic juridical consciousness at the close of XIX and at the beginning of XX century.
