Antonyuk O. Ground and estimation of surgical methods of treatment of postoperative purulent-destructive defeats of intestine

The object - is postoperative purulent - destructive lesions of intestine; the purpose purpose to improve results of surgical treatment of the patients with postoperative purulent - destructive lesions of intestine, by development and introduction of a new direction of surgical tactics, and also new ways of operational interventions; the methods - сlinical, laboratorical, radiational, electrophysiological, endoscopical and instrumental methods were used for the patients inspection, statistical; the novelty - is determined an essentially new direction in tactics of treatment of the patients with purulent - destructive lesions of intestine, in which basis the early restoration of normal intestinal passage is necessary at all kinds of this pathology and at any situation in an abdominal cavity, but without exception of process of digestion more or less significant on length of fragments of small intestine; Results - use of the developed program of treatment of purulent - destructive lesions of intestines after operations on intestine, introduction of the new and advanced ways of treatment has allowed to decrease quantity of postoperative complications from 29,7% to 15,6%, a lethality - from 12,6% to 6,9% and to receive good and satisfactory result in the late period, All the methods are introduced in a medical practice, educational process;branch-medicine.; it is inculcated - in medical practices, in an educational process; the sphere is a medicine.
