Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of technologies for thin-film vacuum deposition of organic semiconductors and conjugated polymers and modification methods of their structural, electrical and physical properties for formation of electrogenerating microelectronic devices on their basis. The correlation of electrophysical parameters and optical properties of vacuum deposited conjugated polymers and low molecular weight semiconductors films with technology of its fabrication was done, in which the creation of new barrier structures of electrogenerative devices were based.
