Portnov A. Establishment and development of constitutional legal procedure in Ukraine: theoretical and practical problems.

The thesis is devoted to the such topical and unexplored problem as defining ways of establishment and development of constitutional legal procedure in Ukraine, creating a new model of constitutional legal procedure and implementation it in legislation. Analysis of scientific points of view on constitutional legal procedure have done, content, specifies and forms of one, their influence on establishment of constitutional legal procedure have been defined in the thesis. Specifies of constitutional legal procedure relationships in sphere of exercise of justice by Constitutional Court of Ukraine are defined. Signs of law controversy (conflict) as object of constitutional legal procedure relationships and subject of constitutional legal procedure are defined, bunching of law controversies (conflicts) have done. Forms of subjects of constitutional legal procedure relationships in sphere of exercise of justice by Constitutional Court of Ukraine are defined
