Object of research - the processes influencing the growth, development, maceration, yielding capacity and quality of flax produce which muts the sanitary and hygienic standards of Ukraine. The aim of the research envisages the development of highly efficient fiber flax production technology. Methods of research: general scientific; hypothesis, abstraction, analogy, generalization. Spesial methods: field research, physiological, agrochemical, instrumenta, calculation and comparative, mathematical and statistic, energy and economic.The monograph present the results of the investigations related to determing the daily periodicity of the linear velocity of growing and forming the photosynthetic potentials serving as integral indicies of the fiber flax yielding capasity depending on the abiotic and anthropogenic factors. The monograph also considers the research results related to the methods of the basic, nonplow and mixed presowing soil cultivation, as well as tothe terms and norms of fertilization, phytocenosis density depending on the soil humidity and on the formation of green cower of the flax area. The agroformations of Ukrainian Polissya have been suggested an auxanografic method of determing the linear velocity of growth as an integral index of fiber flax yielding capacity. The technology of production on soddy midpodzolic gley sandly and grey forest hight loamy soilsenvisages the use of nonplow, surface, 10-12 cm deep, basic soil cultivation with with the application of P45K60 and N15 for the presowing soil cultivation. On the soddy gley soils drained through applying tile drainage the basic cultivation must be done 20-22 cm deep with the subsequent 30-40 cm deep subsurface loosening. The basic presowing soil cultivation must be also done by a combine unit with the sowing of 25 mln germinable seeds per 1 ha. In the zone of the guaranteed voluntary resettlement it is expedient to combine the sowing of fiber flax witth perennial oat or false witch the sowing rate of 25-30 kg/ha. The above makes it possible to provide for the green grasstand in the flax area, to improve the broken flax maceration conditions and to lower the 137 Cs spesific activity in the flax produce.
