Ulyanov V. Pathogenesis of postradiational disorders of contractile activity of the uterus.

The dissertation is devoted to studying mechanisms of postradiational disorders of contractile activity of the uterus. There were established new components of pathogenesis of disorders of contractile activity of the uterus which are connected with structural and functional disorders of cell populations and tissue interrelations in the uterus of -irradiated rats, disorders of morphogenesis and functional formation of the uterus, the ovaries, structures of the hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis in different stages of postnatal ontogenesis in rat females posterity of -irradiated rats. It was established thiol-dependent mechanisms of disorders of contractile activity of the uterus in -irradiated rats and its posterity in the first generation. The carried out researches have allowed to develop new methods of prognosis and prevention of radiation-induced disorders of contractile activity of the uterus in experiment.
