The thesis work is devoted to theoretical, methodological and scientific bases of process management of organization development for trade enterprises. The practical recommendations concerning efficient administrative instruments selected by management to increase effectiveness of the process of organization development for trade enterprises have been explained. The toolkit of economic science for the research of subject-object interrelation in economic and social systems has been developed. Theoretical and methodological approaches to define effectiveness and balance of organization development of trade enterprises on the basis of application of translation model of public interests with the priority put on the activity of trade enterprises have been suggested. The concept of organization development of trade enterprises that suggests the formation of efficient support mechanisms of necessary combinatorics of social and economic, ecological and well-balanced, innovative and technological public priorities of functioning has been offered. The techniques to define the potential of enterprise development have been explained. The methodology of formation of active and innovative management model of trade enterprises as the ground for achieving well-balanced organization development has been established. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of conceptual framework of the processes of trade enterprises' restructuring has been carried out. Methodical approaches towards the coordination of the processes of organization design of trade enterprises have been developed. The conceptual framework of dispositioning of management system of trade enterprises concerning strategic guidelines and development policies has been explained.
