Dissertation research is devoted to the problem of fundamentalizing the preparation of future specialists in the field of informational technologies based on the principles of the fundamentality and mobility. The research gives theoretical and methodical grounds of fundamentalizing the process of teaching Computer Science at higher educational institutions. It highlights the directions of fundamentalizating Computer Science education as well as gives a broad outline of the pedagogical potential of mobile technologies in the field of teaching Computer Science subjects. The investigation also defines requirements and practical recommendations in terms of fundamentalizing the content of Computer Science subjects, and illustrates examples of stabilizing methodic systems in teaching technological subjects. The experimental implementation of the suggested methodic system in the educational process has shown that fundamentalization of teaching Computer Science subjects improves teaching effectiveness, enhances the level of knowledge, contributes to development of students' generalized skills and habits in using mobile software during their teaching evidence-based practice and increases graduates' level to be able to compete on the labour market.
