A research purpose is development of prophylactic measures of maintainance and strengthening of health of children in the modern system of preschool education. Research methods: informative, epidemiology, sanitary inspection, hygienical, anthropometric, physiological, clinicodiagnostic, psychology-pedagogic, model experiment, mathematical. Conformities to the law of forming of health of the organized collectives of children of preschool age are certain in the dynamics of the last two decades. The basic factors of risk for development of pathological processes are set for children. Maintenance of the health program is grounded for preschool educational establishment of general type. The standards of motor development of children are offered three- six-year-old age. The innovative mode of an educational educate process is recommended for preschool educational establishments with introduction of the International program "Step by step".
