Essay

On the basis of the received fluorescent angiography findings of anterior segment of the eye, objective criteria of prelimbal microcirculation disorders. Indications to surgical treatment have been worked out, depended on depth and the area of disorders in system of episcleral circulations in case of eye burns of various degree. The complication development prognosis has been worked out and method of estimation individual immunal reactivity of the organism has been worked out too on the basis of data of the clinical-immunological investigations. Two types and seven variants of individual immunal reactivity of organism were established and expediency of early surgical treatment of eye burns of heavy degrees was proved.
