Essay

Is devoted to elaboration of theoretical - methodological basis of the innovative potential development on the baking industry enterprises and reasoning of realization ways of this development in the context of synergetic evolutional model of innovative enterprise development. Methodical and theoretical regulations of essence research and evaluation of innovative potential and innovative climate are substantiated in the paper, with the purpose of using them for grounding the directions of innovative potential development on the baking industry enterprises. To this effect, author methods of their evaluation by defined structure and system of denoted indexes-attributes are proposed. Innovative development of enterprise is examined on the basis of combination of evolution and recurrence of processes. The synergic evolutional model of innovative development of enterprise, which is examined as sequence of four phases, is offered to this effect. Directions and intensity of development, main strategic efforts, requirements of personnel progress and each personality separately, direction of marketing activity, requirements for enterprise competitiveness development, possibilities to form a potential; type of organization mechanism, financial, investment, competitive and main -innovative development strategies, are principally changed on every phase. Through the self-organization of systems theory, the main synergic pattern of development of which is gradual transfer of them from the organization state, in which normal functioning of system with holistic structure, to the state of self-organization, the methodological regulations of development ways grounding of innovation potential on the basis of innovative adaptation potential. This research has showed that transition from a phase to the phase was accompanied by exhausting of possibilities of development on the basis of imperatives of previous phase that is characterizedby the type of innovative development crisis of enterprise. For this purpose it is suggested to use innovative adaptation potential, as proportion of innovative climate, as negentropy factor, toinnovative potential, as entropy factor. On the basis of calculations of innovative adaptation potential the algorithm of determination of critical points of development of innovative potential was built in the context of enterprises life cycle and made their authentication, that allowed to define weak points on an enterprise, their adaptations possibilities and development problems. In the turn, each of critical points identifies the need to the proper strategy. It will allow to send efforts of enterprise on concrete directions of development and to define their priority.
