Object - burned patients, burn wounds, the purpose - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of victims of burns by improving the flow of wound healing by improving primary health care, technology, early surgical necrectomy and improve the biophysical properties of lyophilized xenografts by their activation biogalvanic current; methods - general clinical, cytological, microbiologi-cal, biophysical, electrophysiological, morphological, radiological, immunological, statistical, the results - a device designed for the activation of lyophilized xenografts biogalvanic current; proposed solution to the problem of early surgical treatment of patients with thermal lesions in a systematic use of preventive, organ and primary recovery operations, and new technologies for early surgery depending on the depth and area of the burn; developed a method of effective capillary hemostasis during the early sur-gical necrectomy patients with superficial dermal burns, the technology anemic removal of necrotic tissue with extensive deep dermal burns; branch – medicine.
