The purpose of dissertation is development on the basis analysis of the systems of theoretical and methodological principles of conception to steady development taking into account main conformities to the law of functioning of the system "nature - society", exposure of essence and conformities to the law of functioning of the ekological-ekonomics systems, development of methodological approaches to the analysis of its sustainable development. A research object is a process of functioning of the ekological-ekonomics systems as a main object of research of problems of sustainable development. The article of research are conformities to the law of functioning of the ekological-ekonomics systems, their main subsystems - ecological, social, production. Methodological basis of the executed research was become by classic positions of modern economic theory, general theoretic positions of conception of sustainable development The important scientifically applied problem problem of forming of fundamental scientific principles to theory of steady sustainable development of the ekological-ekonomics systems is decided in work. In dissertation work first on the basis of analysis of the systems, the theory of the ekological-ekonomics systems is developed, and also conception of steady development of the ekological-ekonomics systems is formed. Methodology of jurisdictions approach is first offered as an effective mechanism of working out problems of education for steady development, a concept is formulated "ekological-ekonomics jurisdictions", certainly key ekological-ekonomics jurisdictions.
