Essay

The thesis is devoted to study of thymus dysfunction role in pathogenesis of experimental diabetes mellitus development and in conditions of glucose tolerance disturbance. The author has distinguished and proved the key defects of thymus function, which play the important part in pathogenesis of DM development: thymocyte’s apoptosis defect, defect of peripheral tissue-specific antigens presentation, defect of Т-regulatory link, defect of antigens’ processing, defect of thymocyte’s differentiation and proliferation. It has been proved the property of NOS blocker NnLa to influence on thymus function under diabetes.
