Tupytsya O. Trade Unions and Political System: Peculiarities of Cooperation in the Contemporary Society.

The object is a political system as organization-structural measurement of a modern political sphere. The aim is to define the features of relations between a political system and trade unions in modern society. The methods are general-logical, system approach, structurally functional, comparative, retrospective analysis, simulation, social-cultural approach. Certain principles, mechanisms and dynamic descriptions of mutual influence of trade unions and politics as a whole and its separate components were defined. It is entered in the scientific turn of concept of optimum political status of trade unions in a value as aggregate of descriptions of the projective state of realization of basic functions of professional associations, which correlates with tasks and necessities of development of society in the conditions of alteration of the democratic political system. Nature and conformities to the law of acquisition is exposed by the trade unions of separate lines of political subjectness. Perspective facilities of acquisition by the trade unions of influential positions on a political arena, among which basic are methods and technicians of political communication, organizational actions, capacity for adaptation on the calls of the external influencing and tendency of globalization, account of ethnomenthal and psychological specific of political environment of every separate country were analyzed.
