Leshcheva T. Reproductive health of women at various methods of contraception.

The dissertation is devoted a problem of reproductive health of women at various methods of contraception. The work purpose is decrease in frequency and severity level of infringements of reproductive health of the women using various methods of contraception on the basis of studying clinical, functional, endocrinological, immunological, biochemical, hemostaziological and microbiological features, and also working out and introduction of algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and forecasting actions. The reasons, frequency and structure of infringements of reproductive health and somatic complications at the women using внутриматочную and hormonal contraception are established. The role of a long finding intrauterine contraceptive in development endometritum and pyoinflammatory diseases of reproductive system is shown. The comparative estimation of clinical displays dyshormonal, immunological infringements, changes of a system hemostasis and microbiocenose of sexual ways is presented at development of infringements of reproductive health and somatic complications in the women, using intrauterine and hormonal contraception. The algorithm treatment-and-prophylactic and forecasting actions at the women using intrauterine and hormonal contraception on the basis of advanced tactics of conducting and correction of the basic infringements of a homeostasis is developed and introduced.
