Essay

The work is dedicated to solutions of problems related to research in the field of ionization and relaxation processes with multi-component heterophase plasma. The recombination / fluctuation relaxation processes in molecular gas environment, especially under influence of various heterogeneous factors; elementary processes in dusty plasma and their influence upon its modes are the work's research object. Within its framework, the peculiarities in non-equilibrium distribution functions formation are found and described. The left-handed environment formation phenomenon is shown to be plausible for dusty plasmas; its effects on the collective processes in the dusty plasmas are studied.
