In the dissertation the problems of restrictions of property rights of physical persons (civil-law aspect) are in a complex investigated. Bases of existence of restrictions of property rights of physical persons in modern civil law and the basic doctrinal approaches are covered. Development of restrictions of property rights of physical persons from times of Old Rome, in pre-revolutionary (till 1917) the period, and also in Soviet times is considered. Necessity of the lawful and proved establishment of restrictions of property rights of physical persons for the modern period is proved.
