Processes of local rotary metal forming. Determination patterns of kinematics of deformation, generation of deflected mode, use of a resource of plasticity and loss stability of billets. Analysis and equipment - mechanics of continua methods, the mathematical and applied theory of plasticity, the phenomenological theory of deformability: theoretical, experiment-calculated and numerical. Experiments in laboratory and manufacturing conditions. Theoretical and practical results - methods of the automated calculation and designing and the guidelines on development of technology and equipment. Novelty - model of damage accumulation in metals under nonmonotonic two-stage straining, methods of plotting ductility diagrams, models of kinematics forming and deflected mode, principles of distribution in billet-environment interface under local deformation of value of used metal ductility resource, a method of increasing of metals deformability by preliminary local rotary forming. Implementation degree - guidelines on improvement of technology of local rotary forming and equipment for implementation of the processes (there are intrusion certificates). Field of application - the enterprises of engineering, automobile, aircraft and instrument-making industry.
