The objec: is borderguard officers' legal culture as a component of their professional training. The aim: consists in the theoretical grounding, technological interpretation and experimental testing of the polyfunctional pedagogical system of the officers' legal culture forming in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Methods: theoretical; empirical; methods of mathematical statistics. The practical significance: the creation of scientific and methodical provision of the borderguard officers' legal culture forming system implementation; working out of typical functioning tasks of the future tactical level officer of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the "State Border Security and Protection".
