Research object: aggregate of public relations which are folded in the process of organization and realization of economic activity. Research purpose: development of the scientifically grounded conception of organizationally-economic legal relationships, establishments of their essence, places and roles, is in the mechanism of the legal adjusting of economic activity, decisions of directions of system perfection of purview these legal relationships taking into account the existent necessities of management. Research methods: materialistic dialectics, system-structural, legalistically-logical, designs, historical, sinergistical, interpretation of norms right, comparatively-legal. Theoretical and practical value: contains scientific positions and scientifically grounded results in industry theories of economic right, which decide the important scientific and applied problem of development of conception of organizationally-economic legal relationships. Positions of dissertation are used for preparation of научно-практических comments to the Economic code of Ukraine, textbooks and train aids on an economic right, and also in the educational process of the Kievan university of slavic studies, Chernigov state pedagogical university of the name of T.G.Shevchenko. Job performances are inculcated in activity of the Executive committee of Chernigov city advice, Fund of communal property of Chernigov city advice, DP of "Chernigovneftegazgeologiya" NAK "Bowels of the earth of Ukraine", Chernigov regional territorial branch of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine, by the Architectural workshop "ATTIC". Developed suggestion on making alteration and additions in KHK of Ukraine, GK of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On privatization of state property" and some by-law acts. Scientific novelty: conception of organizationally-economic legal relationships is grounded as a central link of organizational constituent of mechanism of the legal adjusting of economic activity. Their concept and nature, place in the system of economic legal relationships, aggregate of their elements (subjects, objects, maintenance), grounds of origin, is analyzed, discovered and described kinds. Organizationally-economic obligations, features of their implementation and backer-up, are separately investigational. Basic organizationally-economic legal relationships, related to education and legalization of management subjects, are considered, with realization of state control and application of administrative approvals, in the spheres of the economic planning, privatization, lease, concession of state and communal property, limitation of monopolism and defence of competition, and also in mining industry, in industries of a build activity, telecommunications. Grounded suggestion on perfection of economic legislation. Sphere of the use: subjects of initiation of bill; management subjects; higher educational establishments.
