Chechuga S. Prognosis and prophylaxis of miscarriages in women with hyperhomocysteinemia.

Object - unmaturing of pregnancy on a background hyperhomocysteinemia for the women of genesial age; purpose - to reduce the level of genesial losses for women by optimization of going near diagnostics, prognostication, prophylaxis and treatment of unmaturing of pregnancy, related to hyperhomocysteinemia; methods – questionnaire-anamnestic, clinical, biochemical, immunofermentical, morphologycal, high-frequency ultrasonography in an aggregate with the pulse coloured Doppler image, method of mathematical statistical analysis; results – first studied and well-proven role of hyperhomocysteinemia in genesis of unmaturing of pregnancy and genesial losses; the basic factors of risk are first certain, namely burdened personal and domestic thrombotic, somatic and genesial anamnesis; first complex appraised change in the system of гемостаза in combination with hyperhomocysteinemia and their role is well-proven in the origin of obstetric complications; first, on the basis of the conducted research, the nosotropic grounded complex of correction of hyperhomocysteinemia is developed and caused by it thrombophilia violations for women with unmaturing of pregnancy; branch – medicine.
