Object of research - activity of the personnel of the enterprise in the form of behavior. The purpose of research - complex of questions on formation of influence on behavior of the personnel of the enterprise in conditions of intellectualization of the capital. Methods of research and equipment - system approach, methods of an induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparisons, klaster and factor of the analysis. Theoretical results and novelty - conceptual approach to development of a methodological basis of research of behavior of the man in organization; the circuit of formation of methodological maintenance of development of system of knowledge of model of the enterprise; qualitative - quantitative of a level of development of organizational culture of management of collective and lieder of potential of his chief. Practical results and novelty - diagnostics of quality of management of behavior of the personnel; diagnostics of emotional intelligence of the workers and social-psychological climate of collective; the labors factors of social development of the enterprise. A degree of introduction - the scientific rules are discussed at 12 conferences, are published in 45 works and are used at 2 industrial enterprises and 3 organizations.
