Essay

In work theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific - practical problem dyscircular encephalopathy is lead - are specified pathogenesis formations of chronic infringements of brain blood circulation on the basis of studying initial endocrine, neuromediatory, element changes and methods of its diagnostics are advanced. It is surveyed 409 patients with dyscircular encephalopathy from which 149 - with dyscircular encephalopathy caused by hypertonic illness, 153 - with dyscircular encephalopathy caused by an atherosclerosis and 107 - with dyscircular encephalopathy caused by a combination of hypertonic illness and an atherosclerosis are surveyed. Laws of formation of initial hormonal infringements in pathogenesis dyscircular encephalopathy are revealed, depending on hemisphere interactions, weight of hypertonic illness and an atherosclerosis, as amplification adrenocortical functions of a hypophysis, infringement hypophysis-thyriod mutual relations, decrease androgen functions, amplifications somatotrophic and insular activity, activation of a sympathetic department of vegetative nervous system and serotonin systems. The characteristic of a condition microelement exchange at the surveyed patients display changes of chemical reactions which proceed, both in a brain, and in all an organism. Diagnosed interhemisphere asymmetry influences a condition of parameters of a hormonal homeostasis. At patients with dyscircular encephalopathy at the right-hemisphere defeat endocrine infringements more are expressed, to that at patients with left-hemisphere defeat. The received results of research have formed the basis for development of effective system of forecasting of current of disease that will allow plan rationally tactics of treatment with use by the directed correction investigated гомеостатических systems.
