Hilyazetdinov R. Models and information technology of planning and optimization of the budget of a city in development conditions

Object - processes of formation and optimization of a city budget (territory);the purpose - increase of efficiency of the administrative decisions focused on management by a city (territory) by working out of theoretical and practical bases of methodology and toolkit of modelling, the analysis, synthesis and construction of systems of support of decision-making at management of a city budget; research methods were spent with use of the system approach, the theory of optimum control, identification and adaptation for recognition of a situation, the theory of indistinct sets, collective (expert) methods of preparation and decision-making; novelty: for the first time necessary conditions of a sustainable development of a city in interrelation with profitable and account parts of a city budget are formulated and the model of a city budget which unites models of profitable and account parts of a city budget that allows to develop forecasts of profitable and account parts of the budget at various variants of social policy in region is developed. It is introduced by working out of strategy of region, and also in applied systems of planning of budgets of cities and territories.
