Object of the study is processes of the shaping, distribution and use financial flow industrial enterprise. Objective of study is motivation and development theorist-methodological and applied basis of management financial flow industrial enterprise, the most further development to theories financial flow with determination of the regularities of the processes of their shaping, distribution and use on micro- and macro-level.
