The dissertation contains a theoretical-methodological grounding of ways of improvement of the mechanism of state regulation of the national agrarian market. The essence and structure of the mechanism of state regulation of the agrarian market is revealed. The expediency of use of inter - disciplinary methodological approach in research of features of functioning of the agrarian market is proved. The influence of globalization processes on formation and functioning of the compound national agrarian market, namely: the market of agricultural production and foodstuff, market of agricultural lands, market of means of manufacture and infrastructure.
