Essay

Results of studying of instrumental and laboratory parameters of cardiovascular system function and their interrelation at the patients receiving anthracyclines are submitted. The data of standard ECHO, stress ECHO, tissue Doppler ECHO, spiroveloergometry, ultrasonic dopplerography of vessels, change of a metabolism nitrogen oxide, levels of endotheline-1, natriuretic peptides and troponins are analyzed. New criteria of early diagnostics and risk factors of damages of anthracycline cardiomyopathy are revealed. The method of treatment and prevention of this pathology with use of nebivolol and trimetazidin is developed.
