Object - the groups of the burnt adult and children's age differing on terms and methods of surgical treatment of burn wounds; group of patients with consequences of a burn trauma by which modern highly technological ways of treatment and the control of its efficiency were applied; the purpose - improvement of functional and aesthetic results of treatment suffered from a burn trauma by working out and introduction new and improvements of existing methods of preventive maintenance and surgical treatment of scars deformations, increases of efficiency of reconstructive surgical interventions, workings out and introductions of the program of rehabilitation burnt; methods-clinics, laboratory, biochemical, immunological, tool, morphological, psychological, statistical; novelty - risk factors of occurrence of scars at burnt are defined, the way of definition of depth of a burn wound, a way of treatment dermal burns, ways of treatment hypertrophic and keloid scars is developed; a way of definition of efficiency of conservative treatment burn hypertrophic scars and a universal estimated scale for efficiency of their treatment, a way of preparation dermotension flap to a transposition and ischemia prevention, mechanisms of influence cultivated fibroblast on reparation processes are established, the system of rehabilitation of patients with consequences of a burn trauma is proved; results - the quantity of operative interventions at children in 1,5 times, at adults - in 1,3 times decreases, terms of treatment at children in 2,8 times, at adults - in 1,5 times are reduced, good aesthetic and functional results at 77,27% adults at 96 % of children with superficial dermal burns and at 60,38 % - are received at deep defeats; it is introduced - in medical practice, educational process; branch - medicine.
