Essay

The dissertation studies clinical pathogenetic and epidemiological details, as well as the role of apoptosis and cytokines, developing the diagnostics criteria, improvements for therapy of atopic dermatitis (АD) and child's eczema (CE). It was shown that in the dynamics of proposed treatment of children with AD there is a significant decrease of IgЕ and IL-10 levels in blood. Children with CE after treatment are noticed to have a decrease of level of T-helper and T-regulating cells apoptosis. The complex treatment made it possible to increase the effectiveness and to prolong duration of clinical remission of children suffering from allergodermatoses.
