The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome on the basis of studying clinical, functional, endocrinological, immunological, biochemical and hemostaziological features, and also working out and introduction of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The clinical analysis of a current of pregnancy, sorts and a condition of newborns at women with superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome that has allowed to establish frequency, structure and terms of development of the cores obstetrical and perinatal complications is carried out. The comparative analysis of a clinical current of the cores obstetrical and perinatal complications depending on an index of weight of a body that promoted a scientific substantiation of necessity of increase of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions is carried out. New aspects patogenesise of obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with superfluous weight of a body and a metabolic syndrome on the basis of interrelation studying between a functional condition fetoplacental complex, morphological changes of a placenta, a condition of system immunity and a hemostasis, and also the basic biochemical changes are studied. The role of a metabolic syndrome in генезе developments obstetrical and perinatal complications is shown. Features of a lactation, quantitative and qualitative changes of chest milk are studied. The treatment-and-prophylactic technique on the basis of the differentiated campaign to use of medicamentous therapy is scientifically proved.
