Essay

Object of research: process of formation and use of labor potential in the agricultural enterprises. The purpose of research: a substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases, development in practical recommendations of increase and efficiency of formation and use of labour potential of the agricultural enterprises. Methods of research: is abstract -logic, monographic, settlement-constructive, statistical and dynamic groupings, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: in the theoretical plan it is proved two values of labour potential as by a component of resource and industrial potentials of the agricultural enterprises. Necessity of observance of parity of the prices for factors of manufacture is proved, to prove concept "a competitive field" on a labour market; in the practical plan: It is advanced methodical approaches to the index analysis of cost indexes of labour productivity, before definition of the comparative prices for measurement of cost of gross output, offers on increase of efficiency of formation and use of labour potential are proved. A degree of introduction: recommendations it is accepted to introduction by the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, Central administrative board of agroindustrial development of the Kharkov state regional administration, central administrative board of statistics in the Kharkov area, managements of agroindustrial development of Balakleya, Dergachev and Chuguev region areas for scientific researches, educational process and pass industrial check in the agricultural enterprises of the Kharkov area. Sphere of use: a rural economics and agrarian and industrial complex.
