Ptaschenko L. Scientifically methodological principles of corporate management in the economy of Ukraine.

The aim is grounding scientific and methodological basis of effective corporate management, development the balancing mechanism of economic interests of the subjects of corporate relations, methodological and practical recommendations to solve the problems of corporate management in Ukraine economy. The object is a process of the formation of corporate management in the development of market relations in Ukraine. The item is theoretical and methodological basis of corporate management in the micro and macro levels. The methods of scientific research are knowledge of phenomena and processes, historical generalizations, systematic and logical approach, analysis and synthesis, formal logic, empirical studies, economic-mathematical etc. The novelty is the system of balancing economic interests of participants of corporate relations, which is based on the construction of corporate and government strategical maps, multi-level model of corporate cluster. There are improved: the author's suggested the essence of state regulation of economic interests and approach to the definition of corporate management; fed up of future development: economic and mathematical model of optimal balancing economic interests, which allows you to find the optimal solution of balancing their economic interests. The results are the main scientific development brought to the level of theoretical and methodological generalizations, conceptual positions, methodological and practical recommendations for the development of corporate relationships and solving the problems of corporate management. The brunch is economics and management of national economy.
