Research object. Non-stationary signals and processes processed in radio-systems. Objective. Development of theory and bispectrum-based techniques for non-Gaussian signal processing in interference environment. The methods proposed operate effectively under small input signal-to-noise ratios and limited a priory data about observation characteristics and dynamic changing of signal-interference environment in radar non-coordinate measuring systems and radar object recognition, as well as in digital communication and image reconstruction systems.
