Object: recreation process of social inequality, in which the implement of the individuals to certain stratum is ordained by difficult complex of attributes; Goal: concept formulation of multidimensional analysis of stratification orders and operationalisation methods of the empirical research of social stratification; Research methods: quantitative interrogation methods (standardized interview, expert poll) and qualitative - depth interviews, focused group interview, mathematic-statistical methods: categorical analysis of facts, cluster analysis, index method, correlation and discriminative analysis, correspondence analysis; Theoretical and practical results: conception of multidimensional analysis of the stratification orders is established, notion of "stratification order" is grounded, and also viability of the usage two-component "positions - dispositions" and three-component conjunction of "positions-dispositions-practices", when structural approach is accompanied by everyday routine and innovation practices, as the last are connected with lifestyle and certain subcultures; Novelty: decision of the important research problem of social society structure - concept formulation of multidimensional analysis of stratification orders; Degree of application: conditions and conclusions of this research can be used in the process of teaching "Social structure and social stratification", "Economic sociology", "Methodology and methods of sociological researches" etc.
