Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical and practical results dealing with the new view on the architectural finishing of buildings and designers' projects. It is known that in contemporary conditions of everyday renewal and growth of nomenclature and assortment of finishing materials with a wide grade of new qualities that are not tested in use, there is a big importance of creating of a scientifically based methodic and special grade for selection of decorative variations in design projects' planning period. The aspects of buildings' decoration usage not only for completed objects but also as a part of interior and exterior design that influences the comfortable conditions for people, esthetic organization of the project and durability of basic ergonomic, exploitation and esthetic build-ings' qualities. For the first time scientifically grounded methods are created and technological basis of graduation and buildings' design. This way the base for system for making the decisions concerning grading and selection of interior and exterior decoration has been created.
