Molodtsov O. Network paradigm of territorial development: essence, logic of implementation.

Research Ob''ektom is teoretiko-methodological principles of improvement of the system in public imperious relations on the basis of introduction of mechanisms of samoorganizacii of sub''ektiv of territorial development. The purpose of dissertation is a conceptual (paradigmal'ne) ground of mechanisms of combination of organization and samoorganizacii of sub''ektiv of territorial development in the decentralizing system in public imperious relations. In dissertation in the first time it is well-proven that theoretical foundation of network paradigm of territorial development is made by principles basic from which is: principles of policentrizmu, multilevel, dialogichnosti power; subsidiarnosti acceptance of decisions; organizational pluralism; good vryaduvannya, trust and partnership; rational choice and corporate social responsibility of sub''ektiv power and society; such basic factors of transformation of paradigms of territorial development are selected and exposed in the countries of ES; it is discovered that the institucional'noy feature of state case of general European administrative space frame is functioning politiko-administrative management networks. The results of dissertation research found introduction in activity of public authorities, in the applied researches of state and non-state structures, in preparation of informaciyno-analitichnikh materials and in teaching practice. In particular, theoretical positions and practical recommendations were used in-process Fund of assistance local self-government of Ukraine at President of Ukraine.
