Kafarsky V. Constitutional and Law Regulation of Organization and Activity of Political Parties in Ukraine.

In this dissertation scientific study of constitutional-law status of political parties in Ukraine has been systematized, lawful nature of political party as a voluntary self-governing public institution and collective subject of official political terms of ruling has been interpreted, and on the given basis it's rights, duties, manners, mechanisms and limits of law regulation have been determined. The necessity of law regulation of ideological activity of political parties has been theoretically grounded. The principles of regulation and monitoring of financing on central, regional and local levels have been determined. The problems connected with legislative regulation of regional and local party organizations activity, determination of their individual status, norms and principles of interaction with local self-government have been investigated. The problems of Verkhovna Rada and local government election have been analyzed. The notion of constitutional-law responsibility of political parties has been grounded, and it's main kinds have been determined.
