The features of pathogenesis of violations of the reproduction of males and females have been explored in the condition of toxic influence. The most sensible structure involved in the regulation and function of reproductive system are found after doxorubomicine hydrochloride and nitric of sodium influence. New methods of correction of toxic defeat of reproduction with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, mesenchymal progenitor cells were substantiated and applied.Estrogen-like effect of EKSO enriched with soy isoflavons in the condition of ovaryectomy was shown. Positive Influence of cytokine and cell therapy after ovaryectomy was elucidated. The results of research allowed developing new methods of design of pathology of the reproduction and correction of the induced pathology
