Svincov O. Transformation of educational complex of economy under transitional changes: problems of social and economical effectiveness

Object: dynamic process of market transformations to the educational complex (EC) of the socio-economic (SE) system as an aggregate of communicative integration connections of accumulation, motion and use of matter, energy and information, in form human and financial values, between the educational and economic systems which predetermine functioning and development SE the systems of society. Purpose: ground of conception of the new understanding of взаємовпливу of education and economy as two open stationary systems of society and factors which predetermine an increase SE efficiency of transformation of EC of economy in the conditions of market транзиції. Methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analysis of the systems, design of economic processes. It is offered: model SE the function of EC; structure of EC on the basis of application of system sinergistical methodology of functioning of the economic systems, and also place and role of education in the structure of the national economic system; a functional component of structure of EC is in his intercommunication with the economic system of society; the organizationally economic mechanism of forming of complex estimation SE the efficiency functioning of EC of economy of Ukraine; scientifically methodical going near determination of indexes and measuring methods SE efficiency of OK.
