Nakonechnyj A. Nosotropic factors of testis injury in children with different forms of its retention and rationalization the ways for minimization of their influence

The thesis is devoted to the nosotropic ground treatment of different clinical forms retention of testes in children. In work is carried out the analysis of complex examination and ways of treatment in 595 boys with retention of testes. It is determinate spectrum of chromosomal aberrations including microdeletions of Y-chromosome in patients with retention of testes.It is determinate spectrum of chromosomal aberrations including microdeletions of Y-chromosome in patients with retention of testes. Immunogenetical markers for alleles loci HLA-system class ІІ are diagnosed, that in West Ukrainian population are associated with retention of testes and propensity/resistibility concerning synthesis of antisperm antibodies. It is explored dynamics of synthesis antisperm antibodies depending on the clinical form retention of testes, age of patients and terms of surgical treatment. Prognostic factors of development and progress of autoimmune defeat retained and descended testes are established. On the basis of studying the nosotropic aspects of pathology are developed effective medicinal maintenance of orchiopexy, the expediency of application of preparations which improve blood microcirculation in descended testis is proved and warn synthesis of antisperm antibodies. The proved approaches to surgical and conservative treatment of the true and pseudocryptorchism are offered.
