Essay

Dynamic lines of parameters of heart rate variability (HRV) during hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in comparison with clinical and constitutional characteristics of diseases are investigated. Reaction to hyperoxia depends on gender, age, severity of the general state and disease, allows to predict the outcomes of exogenous poisonings and treatment efficiency. The new facts of the diagnostic importance of peak values of spectral capacities of HRV frequency ranges and dynamic lines of the first value of autocorrelation function of cardiointervalogramm are found out. For monitoring of organism functional state during HBO the set of parameters of HRV, their clinical interpretation and algorithm of selection of individual optimum doze of HBO is determined.
