The dissertation reflects the results of the investigation focusing on theoretical and methodological basics of the analysis of a lesson quality. The author emphasizes that the analysis of a lesson quality is the pedagogical system which integrates the content of its main components on the grounds of objective interconnection and interdependence system-differentiated approach and the idea of a lesson decomposition, are developed and realized. The priority scientific approaches to a lesson and its analysis are highlighted. The systems of parameters of a lesson efficiency, technologies and criterions of a lesson quality assessment, variety technologies of a lesson analysis taking into account logical and structural pecularities of an educational theme as well as types of lessons, are developed and experimentally tested. The models of assessment technologies focusing on efficiency of the content realization of the main lesson subsystems (organizational, didactic, psychological, educational, sanitary-hygenic), criterions and levels of their realization, are presented. Pedagogical expedience of parameters of assessment of the lesson efficiency and high level of its reliability in relation to the correlation analysis of the results of the experiment was proved. Positive dependence between the levels of a lesson efficiency and the quality of students' educational achievements, their development and breeding is found out.
