3.The dissertation is devoted to complex (all-embracing) analysis of the main tendencies, regularities and peculiarities of legal regulation of the interethnic relations in Soviet Ukraine during 1917-1939 years. The exposition of the materials is realized under the universal schema in the framework of which the questions of the law regulation of interethnic relations are consistently researched and according to this schema the interethnic relations are examined in the four important spheres of public society (political-managing, social- economical, social- cultural and in the sphere of public order protection). The principle accent is putted on the problems of organizing and peculiarities of application of the normative-legal base in the given historical stage.
