The dissertation is devoted a problem of decrease of frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications in women with chlamydial-viral infection based on studying of clinical, functional, microbiological, endocrinological, immunological features, and also working out and introduction of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic management. The clinical analysis of pregnancy course, labors and state of newborns in women with chlamydial-viral infection is carried out. That allowed to determine frequency, structure and terms of development of main obstetrical and perinatal complications. The comparative analysis of a clinical couse of main obstetrical and perinatal complications is carried out. That promoted a scientific substantiation of necessity of increase of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic management. New aspects of pathogenesis of obstetrical and perinatal complications in women with chlamydial-viral infection based on interrelation between functional condition of fetoplacental complex, morphological changes in placenta, condition of general and local immunity, cytokine level and microbiological changes are researched. The role of chlamydial-viral infection in genesis if development of obstetrical and perinatal complications is investigated. The treatment-and-prophylactic technique based on differentiated approach of using of medicamentous therapy is scientifically proved.
